How long does a new home take?
Typical builds run 6–10 months, depending on design complexity, weather and your selections. You get a realistic schedule at contract and progress updates throughout.
Can you build from my plan?
Yes. We build from your architect's plan, or help you develop a custom plan that fits your budget.
How long does a remodel take?
Kitchens usually take 3–8 weeks once materials are on site. Bathrooms 2–6 weeks, basements 4–10 weeks. Additions come with a milestone schedule.
How fast should water damage be handled?
Within 24–48 hours to prevent mold growth. Our emergency line is available 24/7 and we respond immediately.
Is smoke odor permanent?
No. With hydroxyl and ozone treatments plus HEPA filtration, smoke odor can be completely removed.
Do you work with my insurance company?
Yes. We coordinate directly with your adjuster on storm, hail, water and fire claims.
